One variety of seeds I received seems to be covered in green mould. Can I still sow them?

What you're seeing is not mould. We frequently use a harmless copper-based fungicide to stabilize rot-prone seeds during transit. It is a greenish powder on the seeds. It does not harm the seeds but we suggest you wash it off before sowing.
