faq - frequently asked questions I have unintentionally sent you multiple copies of the same order. What do I do now?
In general, when we receive duplicate orders that have been placed no more than a few hours apart, we assume that an error has been made, and will complete only one of the orders received. If you are not sure, please notify us by E-mail. Please include your name and order number(s) (you will find the order number at the top of your E-mail confirmation).
